User: Refers to anyone using the Platform, including mentors and mentees.
Content: Includes all text, graphics, images, software, and other material available on the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration

Users must register and create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Post, share, or transmit harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
Use the Platform to solicit, spam, or engage in unauthorized advertising.

Mentorship Services

Role of Mntrme: Mntrme provides a platform to connect mentors and mentees. We do not guarantee the suitability, expertise, or quality of any mentor or the outcome of any mentorship session.
Mentorship Sessions: Users are solely responsible for the content and outcomes of their mentorship sessions.
Payments: All payments for mentorship sessions are processed through the Platform.

Payments and Fees

Charges: Users agree to pay all fees associated with mentorship appointments.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway (Stripe).

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform. By sharing content, you grant Mntrme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for Platform purposes.
